All Ronan Residency Services are in USD and are subject to 10% Service Charge, 12% Sales Tax & 1% Tourism Tax

Payments & Cancellations
Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be notified by Fax / Email, 14 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation there after will be subject to 100% of the room rate.

The quoted foreign currency will be converted into Sri Lankan Rupees at the conversion rate as at date of check-out.

Interline Discounts
A discount of 25% on Room Rate. Interline staff, taking advantage of this offer must provide identity at the time of reservation. Reservation voucher from the Air Line.

Chauffeur Guides
Will receive free accommodation (excluding meals) at the Staff Quarters inclusive of Staff Meals.
